Macaroni with orange marmalade
Ingredients
- Pumpkin and orange marmalade es im-perfect®
- Pumpkin seeds
- Macaroni
- Dried rosemary
- Carrot
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Step by step
- Wash and chop the carrots. Add them to a pot with plenty of water and bring to a boil until tender. Using a food processor or blender, scoop out the carrots and, along with a little water, blend until you obtain a puree consistency.
- Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds in a frying pan. Once toasted, add a little salt and set aside.
- In the same pan, over low heat, add oil and rosemary and let it infuse for 2 minutes. Then add the carrot puree and the pumpkin and orange marmalade.
- In the same water used for the carrots, which we've brought back to a boil, add salt and the pasta. Four minutes before the end of the cooking time, turn off the heat and leave the lid on. Drain the pasta one minute after the time indicated by the manufacturer.
- In a deep dish, first add the pasta, then the sauce, and finally the seeds.
