'Urban(EAT)a', promoting the use of the fruits of urban trees in Catalonia
Together with the Espigoladors Foundation, and under the motto "Our towns and cities are meant to be eaten," in 2023 we participated in Urban(eat)a with the aim of promoting new ways of encouraging food use in towns and cities from the edible fruits of urban trees.
'La Marga', bitter orange marmalade from Barcelona
As part of the project “Recovery and Transformation of Bitter Oranges from the Streets of Barcelona,” promoted by the Barcelona City Council and the Espigoladors Foundation, we transform bitter oranges collected from the streets to prevent them from becoming waste. We collect them with the collaboration of various organizations and turn them into marmalade in our workshop.
'El Pati dels Tarongers' of the Palau de la Generalitat de Catalunya
The Espigoladors Foundation collects bitter oranges from the Pati dels Tarongers of the Palau de la Generalitat de Catalunya, and in the es im-perfect® workshop we transform them, giving them a second chance, making a small jar of bitter orange marmalade, which is included in the gift for institutional visits to the Palau de la Generalitat by the President of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
