The event, hosted by the Caníbal team, took place on the Cuines TV3 stage and featured Arnau París, Eloi Cordomí, Toni Massanés, director of the Alícia Foundation, and Mireia Barba, co-founder of Espigoladors and Es im-perfect.

During the conversation, key issues related to food loss and waste were addressed, along with practical tips for better food preservation at home and maximizing its use in the kitchen. The participants emphasized the importance of promoting more responsible and sustainable consumption habits, demonstrating that small daily actions can significantly contribute to reducing food waste.

This has been a new opportunity to raise public awareness about the need to transform the way we produce, consume, and use food, moving towards a more sustainable food system committed to people and the planet.
