A jar, a smile

Ensuring healthy food for children is a fundamental right, but child poverty continues to affect thousands of families in Catalonia.

With the solidarity campaign "A jar, a smile," we aim to help ensure access to quality infant food for children in vulnerable situations.

Every year, the Food Bank distributes around 16,000 baby food jars through its network of social organizations. Thanks to donations, this program can be maintained and expanded to reach more families.

Contributions are used entirely for the purchase of baby food jars made by Es im-perfect from recovered fruits and vegetables, thus generating a double impact: social and environmental.
