Lemon spaghetti

We bring you a delicious recipe with a groundbreaking star! Our lemon marmalade retains the characteristic acidity of citrus fruits, which combines perfectly with the sweetness of this preserve.
We prepared some fantastic "Lemon Spaghetti"! A simple dish, but with a unique flavor!
Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- Garlic
- Lemon marmalade es im-perfect®
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan powder
- Optional: Can of mackerel or tuna
Step by step
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (about 10g of salt per liter). Once boiling, add the spaghetti and wait. Remove it from the water 1 minute before the time indicated on the package.
- We slice the garlic thinly and brown it with olive oil in a pan large enough to hold the pasta.
- Once the pasta is ready, we drain it, keeping 200 ml of the cooking water.
- In the pan with garlic (which should be hot), add the pasta and the cooking water. Add the butter, lemon marmalade, and parsley.
- We adjusted the salt and added pepper. We tasted it before adding more salt, as the cooking water added earlier was already salty.
- We plate it with more chopped parsley on top and grated Parmesan cheese.
Plating suggestion:
Lemon, dried pasta, some garlic, an olive oil cruet, an olive branch, a deep plate with wide sides and parsley for garnish.
